These terms apply to your use of www.sunfloweracademy.com.au, operated by Sunflower Academy Pty Ltd. They do not replace your enrolment agreement, family handbook or centre policies.

Website information is general. Please confirm current availability, opening arrangements and service details with us before relying on them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights concerning misleading representations or other rights under Australian law.

Enquiries, enrolment and private fee information

Submitting an enquiry or joining the waiting list does not guarantee a place, particular days or a start date. Enrolment is confirmed separately in writing and depends on availability, required documents and applicable approvals. Proposed opening or commencement dates are subject to confirmation.

Our fee structure is provided privately to families. Fees, payment arrangements, cancellation notice and applicable charges are explained before you enter an enrolment agreement. Any changes are subject to that agreement and applicable law.

Any Child Care Subsidy estimate is a guide only and depends on your circumstances, information and government rules. Services Australia determines family eligibility and entitlements. Family eligibility does not itself confirm service approval or the amount payable. Please confirm your arrangements before relying on an estimate.

Website use, your rights and contact

Use this website lawfully. Please provide accurate information and only submit information about another person when authorised. Do not interfere with the website or introduce harmful software.

Our text, branding and images belong to Sunflower Academy or their respective owners. You may make personal, non-commercial copies of general information. Commercial reuse or reuse of identifiable photographs requires permission.

External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Website availability may occasionally be interrupted.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Our Refund Policy explains how payment concerns are handled.

We may update these website terms for future use. Updates do not remove existing rights or automatically change your enrolment agreement.
